The work email address, timestamp, and user-agent you provide at the access gate may be recorded and retained by XCG for evaluation tracking until you request deletion. No passwords, payment information, or third-party credentials are collected. Demo scan inputs are processed for demonstration purposes only and are not used to train models or shared with external parties. To request deletion of your information, email david@davidcosgrove.com.
XCG may modify these terms, or suspend or revoke access to the demo, at any time without notice. Continued use after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Connecticut, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising from these terms or the demo shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Connecticut.
