Privacy Notice

• Contact details you give us. Work email address, and optionally name, company, role, team size, AI tools in use, and any message you write when requesting early access or entering the demo.
• Demo acceptance records. The work email, timestamp, terms version, and browser user-agent captured at the demo access gate.
• Demo inputs. Text you paste into the demo scanner. The demo uses simulated data and is not intended for real confidential or regulated information.
• Basic technical data. Standard server logs generated when your browser requests a page.

We use this information to respond to you about PolicyGuardrail.AI, to operate and secure the demo, to evaluate design-partner fit, and to send product updates about PolicyGuardrail.AI. We do not sell your information, and we do not use your inputs to train AI models.

We share information only with service providers that host and operate this site and its database on our behalf, and where required by law. Those providers act on our instructions and are bound to protect the data.

Contact and demo-acceptance records are retained until you ask us to delete them, or until they are no longer needed for the purposes above. Demo inputs are processed for demonstration only and are not retained for marketing use.

You can opt out of contact at any time by replying to any message from us or emailing david@davidcosgrove.com. Depending on where you live, you may have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information. We honour those requests regardless of jurisdiction — email us and we will action it.

Data is encrypted in transit and at rest, access is limited to people who need it, and administrative interfaces require authentication. No system is perfectly secure; do not submit confidential, personal, or regulated information to the demo.

This is a business product. It is not directed to children and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
