These terms govern your use of policyguardrail.ai (the “site”), operated by Executive Committee Group LLC (“XCG”). By using the site you agree to them. Use of the demo environment is additionally governed by the Demo Terms of Use.
Intellectual Property
PolicyGuardrail.AI, including its name, design, software, documentation, and content, is the property of XCG. All rights reserved. No license is granted by your use of the site. You may not copy, reproduce, reverse-engineer, decompile, scrape, or distribute any part of it without prior written permission.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the site to break the law, to interfere with its operation or security, to probe or circumvent access controls, to scrape it at scale, or to test or benchmark detection capabilities without written permission.
Early Access and Forward-Looking Statements
PolicyGuardrail.AI is in early access. Capabilities described as planned, next, or in development are statements of intent, not commitments, and may change or be discontinued without notice. References to regulatory or industry frameworks such as GDPR, HIPAA, PCI DSS, or SOC 2 are illustrative mappings only and do not constitute legal or compliance advice or an assertion of certification.
No Warranty
The site is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, XCG will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the site. Any commercial engagement is governed by a separate written agreement, which controls in the event of a conflict.
Third-Party References
Product names such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Microsoft Copilot, Okta, Splunk, and Microsoft Sentinel are trademarks of their respective owners. Reference to them indicates interoperability intent, not affiliation or endorsement.

Changes and Governing Law
We may modify these terms at any time; continued use after changes are posted constitutes acceptance. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Connecticut, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, and any dispute will be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Connecticut.
